OUR TEAMS
VARSITY
The Varsity team is built around high-level competition, execution, and accountability. Players are expected to prepare, compete, and perform within a demanding, team-first environment, where success is measured by the team’s ability to compete and win.
Ice time and roles are earned and may vary based on performance, game situations, and the needs of the team. Players are expected to embrace their role, contribute to team success, and represent their schools and the program with pride.
JUNIOR VARSITY
The Junior Varsity team is built around development, opportunity, and progression within a committed team environment. Players are expected to maintain consistent attendance, effort, and engagement, recognizing their responsibility to both their own development and the success of the team.
Through meaningful ice time, coaching, and in-game experience, players build confidence, improve their skills, and establish the habits that prepare them for future roles within the program.
